I know, i know, ive not posted in a while!!:( GCSE's have been and gone, so ive been revising.. LOADS, which means no reviews on beauty things, no life stories, but im back! And blimey, i have loads to fill you guys in with! So i just started collage... its great! Honestly nothing like school! :D So i have more beauty products to fill you in on, and primark hauls!!! (recent ones for winter obvs) :')

Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation

So my skin is a red oily combination. I hate having an oily face.

So when I had used up all of my previous Foundation, I thought id buy a much better one, with lots of good reviews, I found the Rimmel London 'Stay matte' foundation, the reviews on this stuff are great! - I see why.

this foundation is excellent! it gives up to 12 hours of shine control and gives a fresh matte finish on my skin, it  also keeps my skin looking bright, I bought the '100 ivory' as my skin tone is fair. with cucumber in this foundation, it helps clarify your skin and there's no talc in this, so there's less gunk you don't need on your face! This foundation has chamomile in it, so it helps your skin calm and soothes it, i get break outs often, since iv'e used this, i can say that there has definitely been less. It also has cotton in it, to prevent shine. This product is paraben free, talc free and scent free, so your pores don't get clogged up, i have definitely enjoyed using this, and for the price, it is just WOW.

TRESemme Naturals Shampoo

I recently bought this from a local drugstore, as the reviews on it are amazing, I see why now.
This product is great! I use it every day when I take a shower, Its designed for all types of hair and has lower sulphates in it, so it doesn't make coloured hair seem more brittle, split ends look more dry etc...

I have noticed that my hair is feeling lighter but thicker than usual, I bought the nourishing moisture TRESemme shampoo, as i felt like my hair needed a good nourishment!

This shampoo is very natural, as it has no parabens or hypoallergenic, so it keeps your hair from becoming damaged, brittle etc and also, its designed for sensitive skin so it will not harm or irritate, I recommend this product if your hair is feeling heavy and brittle! Its made my hair look so much healthier, ONCE again, thank you TRESemme!

Collection 2000; extreme felt tip liner.

I recently bought the collection 2000 felt liner, I find it easier to apply with the felt brush as it is just like coloring  - Don't worry! I don't colour my eyes in!

I love the liquid, it sets so nice, and gives you a glossy-ish look on your eyes, the felt is soooo easy to use and  it is a reasonable price, at around £3, which is really good. The liner lasts for up to 24 hours and I would use it every day, or for going out occasions as it makes your eyes look a lot brighter. I love this and will never discontinue the use!!!

Rimmel London Scandal eyes 'show off' mascara.

This mascara is brilliant, if you want your eyelashes to have volume and look twice as long, buy!

The brush to this mascara is amazing, it has a little ball on the end of it to reduce clumps, and I love the look it gives my eyes. 

The mascara is easy to apply and the liquid sets really nice on your lashes, I use this every day as it is a brilliant every day mascara, buy it. 

Bio Oil Review.

If you have scars, stretch marks, ageing skin, a uneven skin tone or dehydrated skin, THIS is a MUST have!

I use this on my scars, I have a small scar near my lip which I have had since a baby, and I was introduced to bio oil from my mum, as she had bought it for her scaring, and I use this often, I have noticed that the scar has gone thinner, and less visible.

When I came back off holiday, I used this on my face, and applied it for about 2 months nearly every night as I had a uneven skin tone, as I had burnt in the sun, and it sorted my skin tone out, I always have this product in my cupboard and use it sparingly as it is kind of pricey for a small bottle, but honestly, it works.

VO5 'Cherish my colour' shampoo review

I recently bought VO5's 'Cherish my colour' shampoo, as I have had my hair highlighted to make it blonder..
Colour isn't good for your hair and makes your hair weaker when using hot tools etc, so one day I decided to look up all of the good shampoos specially formulated for colored hair..
I found this one, and the reviews on it were all good, so I decided to pop into superdrug, and buy it.
I used this later that night and have been using it for about two weeks, and my hair is looking more bright.

I recommend this to you, if you obviously have colored hair.

VO5's cherish my colour shampoo has argon oil, avocado oil, apricot oil, grape seed oil & jojoba oil which enhances colour vibrancy & protects and nourishes damaged hair.

Aussie 'Take The Heat'

I bought this product last week as I needed a new heat protector. 

I usually use the TRESemme heat defense, which does protect my hair, and seals a shine. 

But, since Aussie's hair products are amazing, and do my hair wonders, I thought id purchase the Aussie 'Take The Heat' leave-in spray.

 I tried this product, and wow, its is so nice, I would defiantly recommend this as since I have used this when using heat on my hair, it looks less brittle and my split-ends are almost invisible, this product has Australian jojoba seed in it, so it makes my hair feel silky smooth. 

 

Garnier Skin Naturals; Pure 3 in 1 .

I recently bought the Garnier Pure 3 in 1 wash, scrub and mask.
It is a 3 in 1 yes, and I first tried the scrub out of the 3, it made my face feel so soft and my pores less visible  the scrub is designed to unclog pores, which it does.

I then tried out the mask, which is so refreshing on your skin, its just so relaxing.
The mask is designed to even your skin tone. I wouldn't say that it evened my skin tone out, but it cleared my spots. So I will be using this around 3 times a week.

I haven't used this as a facial wash, because It has natural pumice in it which is used for scrubbing etc, so I will only use this product for masks and scrub as I use other products as facial washes.

Overall, I recommend this product to you if you have a oily combination of skin, likely to have breakouts and prone to impurities. It really helped me, and my skin is feeling super soft, and I haven't been having many breakouts since I've been using it, you can look at it HERE.

Aussie 3 minute miracle review.

I've recently purchased the Aussie 3 minute miracle as I have noticed that my hair is looking brittle.
I have been eyeing it up for a while, and the reviews on it were really good, and now I see why...

The fabulous 3 minute miracle in the 're-constructor' is what I purchased as it is a deep conditioner, and I feel that the deep conditioners give me the best hair.

The smell of it, oh my, it is delicious! It has the Australian Balm Mint in it, and it smells so sweet!
 Definitely try this product, I love it because it leaves my hair looking and feeling 10x healthier than the night before I used it, and it is wonderful.

I bought this for a great price from superdrug, as its the January sales, I got this for £3.49, when its original price is around £7.
So if your looking for a deep conditioner that makes your hair feel and look healthy, definitely go for this, they also do a heat protector version and colour protect, Frizz control etc... Also, i recommend to buy it before February  as it will no longer be in the sale.

So I recently went into... Primark..
It had been a long time since I shopped in Primark so I went in  because I needed some more clothes.
I did not plan on buying lots of clothes or accessories.

I bought quite a few things actually. I don't normally shop in Primark a lot, but sometimes I will have a look in and see if I like anything.

TRESemme Heat Defense Spray.

I have been using TRESemme's heat defense spray for about a year now and I have noticed that when I use heat on my hair and spray the heat defense on, it does protect it. I have noticed less split ends and my hair looking and feeling healthier. My hair also looks shiny after the use of this product.

The bottle has a lock so it is good for traveling with so it doesn't spray, and it protects your hair from heat up  to 230 C. on the bottle it says- ''Helps protect against damage from dryers and heat styling tools'' Also, when I went abroad, I used this when I was going out in the sun, to keep my hair protected from the hot sun, and it did make difference, my hair was still looking healthy and not dried out.
I highly recommend this as it does my hair wonders.

It also ''smoothes frizz and seals in shine.'

Avon; Advance Techniques 'Straight & Sleek'

I have been using this product for a few months already and I can tell that it is helping my hair to be smooth.
I apply it on damp hair after it has been washed.
I like the smoothing serum because it does work, and it smells so good.

I recommend this to you if you have wavy/curly hair what needs to be tamed and smoother to work with.

This is an Avon product so you will need to order it either online, or from a catalog.

It says ''this moisturising serum leaves hair up to 90% smoother''
It really does make my hair smoother!

MUA nail products.

I never heard of MUA before I visited Superdrug (store) today.

I went into Superdrug  with nothing in mind to buy, but I found the MUA makeup section and looked at their nail product. 

My eyes were instantly attracted to the mini 'Nail Constellation' If you do not know what this is.. It is nail decoration, small tiny beads or balls which you apply to your nails to give an extra bit of glam. 

I loved all of the colors of the beads, but I went for the pink, silver and blue balls mixed together (Gemini)

But they do many other colors, like Gemini, Pisces and Scorpio etc.. They are in star signs.

Although my star sign isn't Gemini, I loved the colors of the beads, so I opted for this one.

I tried it out when I came back from my shopping trip and It is safe to say that it looks lovely and brings excitement to me when I look at my nails. It looks super cute and looks as if my nails are candy!

I bought it. 

Tried it.

And loved it. 

It makes me look as if I am some sort of fluffy animal- like a bunny!

Olay anti wrinkle cream-review.

I know I am 16 year old, and it doesn't make sense that i'm using anti wrinkle cream, but I use it to prevent wrinkles now, and for in the future.
Nobody wants wrinkles, not now, not ever so I really do recommend Olay's anti wrinkle cream. I apply it every morning and night to my eye lids, around my lips (smile line) forehead, and nose. These places on the face are where wrinkles mostly appear. I have been using this product for only a month, I love the smell. There is quite a lot of cream In the tub so I think it will last a long time. If you are looking for an anti wrinkle cream then I would recommend this to you as my skin feels firmer and my mum has also used it for quite a while and she loves it too. Her skin always looks firm and fresh.
 I hope that I have helped you to chose a perfect cream for wrinkles. It can also be a moisturizer, i find that it moisturizes my dry skin!

'Valentina' By VALENTINO Review

I recently bought the 'Eau De Parfum' called Valentina, by VALENTINO, I absolutely love this perfume.
It smells so refreshing but sweet. I tried this scent out in boots one day, and I instantly fell in love. 

The fragrance comes in a cute little box and the bottle to it is very simple, yet elegant as there is a lovely little flower presented on the bottle. 
The smell is very light in the 'Eau De Toilette' because it is a flowery scent, so I bought the 
Parfum version as I wanted it to be more powerful. The scent lasts all day, and I love this in a perfume.

What a great start to 2013!

I went to Manchester on January 1st to buy some stuff with 4 of my friends, we ended up doing a lot of crazy stuff like..

Crushed velvet leggings.

Recently, I popped into Next with my friend Chloe, I was on the hunt for a pair of Disco pants or leggings, but immediately, I saw these lovely crushed velvet blue-ish leggings, and I had to buy them! I tried them on and they were so comfy, and  they literally go with every top I own. whether its a shirt, blouse or even a jumper, I love them and I am so glad I bought them. I recommend them to you because they are a must have to me. 

I purchased them for £16, which isn't bad for a pair of velvet leggings, plus I loved the color of them, i don't normally shop in Next but now, after finding the leggings, I will definitely look in Next when I am on my next clothing haul.

Review on 'Alien' by Thierry Mugler.

So I recently purchased this fragrance called 'Alien' by Thierry Mugler. 
Now, I absolutely love this smell, I bought this product in the 'Eau de toilette' product and not the 'Eau de parfum' because I thought the parfum version was too strong and I like a subtle perfume that's not too much. 
This can also be sold in a refillable form, I did not get the refillable product as It is too much fuss to get it refilled and I would prefer to just buy another bottle of this delicious smelling perfume- that's right, delicious. 

The smell of this perfume is absolutely amazing, I love to wear this perfume as it's elegant and I like to think that when I wear it, it is what I am. on the box it quotes- ''sparkle in Alien with the Eau de Toilette. The ephemeral pleasure of a bottle that is a precious stone with radiant, dazzling and enigmatic powers that only lives once'' - so it is described as precious. Which i think it is. 

The bottle comes in a cute little eye-catchy box, I still have the box and keep my bottle in the box- that's how precious this wonderful smell is to me! 

I bought this perfume because everybody seems to be ranting on about how nice it smells, and it truly does smell wonderful! It stays on throughout the day, and by the end of the day, it still smells like I have only just put it on. I totally recommend this perfume, and if you haven't smelt it yet, I recommend that you go down to Boots, Debenhams etc and get a whiff of it!

Christmasssssss!

So as we all know, Christmas has just been! 

It has ended so fast :(

Getting into that Christmassy mood, buying presents, giving presents & chilling out with the family, this is what I look forward to when it comes to December, this is my ideal Christmas. 

I can truly say that I have had a brilliant Christmas, but now it is 2013 and all of this is over and seems like a long way away now. I am sure that it will soon come again. 

Happy new year guys, I hope this year goes as fast as 2012 did!
